By submitting this request, you agree to Melody Decor Houston’s Client Service Agreement & Rental Terms. A booking deposit may be required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due in full before setup begins. Rental items remain the property of Melody Decor and must be available for pickup after the event.

I have read and agree to the Melody Decor Houston Client Service Agreement, Rental Terms, Safety & Damage Policy. I understand that once décor/rental items are delivered, installed, picked up, or left at the event location, the client/host is responsible for safe use, supervision, protection, and return of all rental items. Client Agreement & Rental Terms I understand that balloons and lightweight décor may be affected by heat, wind, rain, direct sun, uneven surfaces, children, pets, guests, and venue conditions. I accept responsibility for outdoor/weather-related risks after delivery, pickup, handoff, or installation.
